Your satisfaction is backed by our Paw-Backed Promise: if you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can send it back within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or an exchange — no hassle.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@togethertees.store with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Items should be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them.
If there's a quality issue with your item (misprint, defect, or damage), get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and we'll investigate and either send a complimentary replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.
Because every item is made to order, please allow a few extra days for us to process returns and exchanges compared to a typical retailer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and processed your return.
